Review on 📸 Fujitsu fi-7300NX: Advanced Network Document Scanner with Color Touchscreen by Larry Cothran

Set up this scanner for a customer who needs easy scanning to a network (SMB share). I'm an IT professional with over 25 years of experience and I wanted to throw this thing out the window. There is NOTHING built in. It's a dumb scanner and you either have to download the software to your desktop and tell it what to do with the scan or you have to watch a 15 minute (accelerated video) that explains how to set up IIS and how 5 different programs do this run. SERVER (not workstation). Even after all this, I still couldn't start tasks by simply pressing a button on the screen. Judging by the price, this thing should be running Windows Server 2012 R2 CAM. Don't rely on the IIS web server to just provide a web interface for scanning to the network. WORST SCANNER IN 25 YEARS in IT.
