The only issue I had with this computer was the lack of USB ports, but I really didn't see any other place they could put them, so I bought a hub . I also had to buy an adapter for my VGA monitor. Not a big deal, but it costs a little more. I also get an external DVD drive for it. I have to say that even with the purchase of these additional things, the total cost of this computer was around $250. I like to try to use brick and mortar stores as much as possible just to keep them from going broke and people from getting jobs, but none of them even come close to being worth the price! I liked that this computer can be hidden in a hidden keyboard drawer, leaving much more room for other items. I also liked the fact that this computer handles most tasks with ease. One thing I learned is that I will NEVER go back to a standard hard drive! This thing loads 100% in about 2 seconds! I noticed that when there was an update it stayed at 100% for about 3 or 4 minutes before downloading. Hope this won't be a problem in the future. But it worked and works fantastic! I don't play but I don't think it's made for that and I didn't have to deal with their support and I hope I don't have to.
