I like that it's easy for me as an employee when logging into my computer or mobile device whether at home or away from work! It can be very difficult if you are not familiar with using this system especially during emergencies/crises where there is no other way of going about communicating important information such has security codes etc. Also sometimes we need access on our devices which requires us sending out emails requesting password resets but due time difference between countries (Singapore - US) they do get missed meaning someone else could logon without needing their email address just by knowing your login details so therefore having two ways would help greatly!!
