Love the fact that it has a real basket. I love strong coffee and have had to cut it down from a few cups a day to a few cups a day. The sleeves just don't fit. Must do their own pod stuff, still not strong enough. So I can drink my precious few cups of coffee exactly the way I want. And I like the function of the program. A hot, fresh cup of coffee awaits me every morning. Life is good. So I love this coffee maker I bought 2. One for work, one for home. People at work always ask about it and I love telling them about it. Now I have something to share. Someone threw away part of the funnel. I emailed the company and asked if I could purchase a replacement. No problem, we'll send you one. Wow, that's great customer service! My replacement came in the mail today. Only they did not send a funnel, but a completely new car! I liked the machine from the first cup, I love the company for the above and not just for the customer service. They are AMAZING, just like their car! 💖💖💖
