I don't know how people in the world say it doesn't change the taste of wine. It's absolutely true, and it tastes terrible. I'm an avid (red) wine drinker and wine lover, but sometimes sulfites cause red spots or hangover complications the next day. When I tried them, I confess that I didn't have any of these complications. But it doesn't happen every time anyway - so it could be a coincidence. I've used this product in three glasses of wine just to make sure it was the drops and not that particular wine - and each time the wine tasted gross. I do NOT recommend.
