This is a 2mm thick wetsuit. No rash guard, no dry suit. It should be a little tighter on land as it loosens in the water. I wear them to sea aerobics in Kauai in the winter and spring. I usually wear a short-sleeved wetsuit, a zip-top or a long-sleeved rashguard. I'm 5ft 5in, 220 and XXL fits great, having ordered 3XL based on measurements and returns as it was too big. Size XL was too narrow for my feet. I would recommend. Holds up well compared to last year. I wash them by hand and hang them to dry after the sea.
