First the good news: I received them quickly, they came in a nice box and the one pick I used worked great! The bits are a bit difficult to get out of the box, but that also keeps them securely in the box. I would have preferred the bits to be safely stored rather than dangling if I accidentally drop the box. Bad news: the small camp was missing. I wrote to Freud and ended up exchanging several emails with them. Nice guys but they couldn't help me with the missing camp. So my choice was to keep the set I have (and finish my project) or try to send the box back and wait for another one. I think the local wood shop has stock. So I think I'll buy myself a stock. It's not a big deal, but it's definitely a bummer with a good experience.
