Review on 🔍 Hunter Dempsey Indoor Ceiling Fan, 44-inch, White, with LED Light and Remote Control by Brian Hood

This is an attractive ceiling fan that is easy to set up. I replaced the existing fan in the bedroom (the old one is shiny brass/oak) with this one and it looks great there. I have an 8 foot ceiling in this room and I used a standard pole that is only a few inches long. It sits over the bed so the overhead gap doesn't bother me, but it's still about 7 feet off the ground. The installation went as expected. The instructions are clear and the pictures helpful. I don't know how many ceiling fans I've installed over the years, but there are many. This was one of the easiest. The board is excellent. They include a holder that you attach to a light switch that's used to drive the fan, so the remote hides that switch and holds the fan. The remote control is also a good size and has buttons with the desired fan speed and a light button. The light can be adjusted - just press and hold the light button on the remote control. The fan runs quietly at all speeds up to the maximum speed. I hear a whistle, but that's to be expected. There was a noticeable wobble that I fixed with the kit that came with it. One minor thing I don't like is that they hid the reverse switch under the lighting kit so you have to remove the ball to reverse the fan. I don't usually use a fan in the winter so it's not a big deal but they certainly made it more complicated than it needed to be.
