Very Unsafe Design - Chairs and Sofas

The top tier of this stool is only slightly smaller than the bottom. So when you step on the lower tier, your shin hits the upper tier. It is very inconvenient to go to the second level. I need something to hold onto for that. Other manufacturers offer a shin groove so the stool can act as a step. The steps are not directly on top of each other! When you take a step forward, you take a step forward. This stool is different. This stool cannot be disassembled, so I could not return it. I'm sure if I could it's useless.
