How hard can it be? Simple toaster. it shouldn't be too hard, right? This toaster didn't work right away. Squeeze the lever and the bread doesn't even go all the way down - there's about an inch sticking out at the top. They were regular slices of bread, nothing special and had plenty of space so it was a miss. Then the settings disk was turned off. I put it on Medium Rare and it barely tanned, let alone tanned and only on one side. There are no instructions in the packaging. I didn't need instructions, but if I needed to do something special to make this thing work, maybe instructions would be nice. Unfortunately I was too gullible and sent the box etc in the garbage truck before trying it out. The toaster goes in the trash because I can't return it.
