I like how easy it is to use, even if you aren't experienced in using software or web applications! The dashboard view of all your accounts/subscribers at once makes for quick decision making as well (if there's anything wrong). It doesn’t have any other features that would make me want to switch from this platform over another one; however, they do offer premium support which helps when something does go awry within their system itself. Their customer service team has been very helpful whenever we had questions about our account management needs & concerns regarding security issues etc.. They are always available via phone calls / emailing them directly through chat window so far never encountered any problems while working together. We're able manage multiple client websites easily without having too much hassle managing everything manually - saves time along with money since website maintenance isn't.
