My kids study at home so this item is very handy for them to listen to a teacher or a video, without disturbing the other or myself from doing what we are working on. The bad thing I have to say about these headphones is that they lasted us about a year with daily use. This is my second headphone that I buy. But for the price, the quality is better than others I've tried. I find headphones a bit more expensive than these, and they didn't even last the whole school year. So I'm happy to buy this set for my two kids now and it will last a little longer at a better price. Not to mention my kids are rough on products so I have to take that into account too. I think for an adult who isn't too rough on this headset it will last a little longer with proper care.
