The benefits are many! It allows us to reach customers at all times of the day with ease. It saves time by not having to manually answer phones. And it makes my life easier as an agent. There's nothing I dislike about NC3. If you're looking for a simple way to run your business efficiently this is the product for you! I have found that it has made our lives so much easier as we can now get through more calls in less time. I like the ability to quickly move contacts between departments based on their needs. I dislike that there is not a way to automate this process. I would like to be able to move contacts based on their needs. This is not something that can be done with the software. It would be great to be able to track this automatically. We are solving the problem of being able to quickly move contacts between departments based on their needs.
