A powerful tool and benefit-rich app

The benefits are many! It allows us to reach customers at all times of the day with ease. It saves time by not having to manually answer phones. And it makes my life easier as an agent. There's nothing I dislike about NC3. If you're looking for a simple way to run your business efficiently this is the product for you!
