Does NOT fit Dremel as advertised

Took the blade out, it matches the teeth so I thought GREAT! Bag included, great price! I then tried pinching the blade to use it and found that the center hole was too big (see picture). The blade just falls off. A photo shows a working blade on a Dremel I'm using. A typical Dremel multi tool. In another photo, one of those blades is next to this blade. There is a slight difference in the center hole, but it's enough for the blade to just fall off. I don't understand how they can keep promoting it.
