This is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to retrofit the standard clip on the tire inflation probe and became aware of this new patented lightning rod from Jaco and wanted to know what it was all about. I can tell you right away that these lightning rods are worth the price. The auto-lock mechanism is very easy to use and holds the tire valve much better than traditional cartridges. The quick release button snaps directly off the valve stem with no air loss. Another feature I liked is that the cartridge nozzle rotates when locked onto the valve stem, allowing me to move the gauge without straining the air hose. All in all, this is a great cartridge at a great price, worth every penny and more.
