The ease of use, that it is very user friendly for people who are not tech savvy or do have limited computer skills to manage their church finances online! I wish there was more flexibility with how you could view your accounts (i would like some way where i can see my balance at any point in time). We love being able to access our account info from anywhere using an app/computer so we don't need another person always available when needed which saves money as well!! Having this type information readily accessible has really helped us keep track better than before by having all these numbers right next one each other rather then spread out over multiple places etcetera. Our congregation loves knowing what they owe vs receiving payment dates & amounts because everything goes into place instantly upon check-in date once received - no waiting until paid amount comes due if behind schedule :) It's also helpful keeping up wt.
