I love that it's very easy to use when compared with other church management programs out there (like Manna). It is free, so you don't have any cost associated if your church doesn't choose to pay for premium services/features. There can be some learning curve in using this app though - but we are working through those issues together as teams! I like how easy it is to create reports, export data in various formats (csv/xls) or even use other programs for analysis of your flock's financials! I like that you can make custom fields to help organize your database of contacts. It is very easy for someone new to use, however it does not have any user friendly features other than adding/editing memberships or making changes directly in the program itself (i am assuming this could be changed?). I love that it keeps track of all my finances, including tithes/offerings! It is very easy to use once you get used to how things work with this program. The only thing i don't like about flockbase is when someone leaves there church they are no longer able to access their account so we have had issues in keeping up with our records for people who leave or transfer churches.
