If you buy model 3 and don't receive this product I guarantee you will end up with a leaf or stick ending up in that hole and you will hear a rattling sound every time the air ignites. Something like this should be installed from the factory! The fact that so many people have fallen into this hole shows that this is a mistake that can easily be fixed on the assembly line. Part of the front "motor" room of the air conditioning vent.
