Review on ✏️ Swordfish Ikon Desktop Manual Pencil Sharpener 40100: Efficient Precision for Sharper Pencils by Gelin Battle

I'm an artist so I bought this product after Jason Morgan reviewed crank sharpeners. That was his favourite. I also bought another one from another company (different make and model) so I can compare as the other one hasn't been verified by Jason. I like both but I have to say this one works really well and has a heavy build feel despite the plastic body! This indicates that the rotating knife is designed for heavy use! This doesn't allow the use of larger diameter pencils, which is fine as I mainly use Staedtler Mars Graphite Lumographs. It also sharpens with a long shank instead of a short one. So instead of eating my pen, I just stop and check and go back to the point I wanted. But I am very happy with it and have offered it to my art lovers! Jason says his blade works perfectly for years, but sharpening a woodless graphite pencil makes sense to me, so I'll be doing this in the hopes it will extend the life of the blade!
