Review on Carson MM 940 86X 457X Microscope Integrated by Katie Pearce

The first thing you should know. If you want to photograph the whole coin, this isn't the camera you want. Plus, you can photograph more than just coins. Coming back to this scope, I bought this to show coin details, coin errors etc and it works great, photos and videos are taken well and quite nicely. Want bigger, better, bigger pictures? Spend the big bucks on the typical microscope and standalone video app, but I'm telling you, for just over $40, you can't go wrong. You must be very happy like me and my very important 7 year old daughter :) We both have a lot of fun with it. You can see much more than coins very clearly. Bugs, hair, skin, whatever you want, perfect for teachers and kids. Another thing you should know. If you are using Windows 7, just go to the Carson website to download and install the updated driver. It takes less than a minute to get it working. I hope my review was helpful to you, Rick
