Disappointing. I use these scopes in manual mode to inspect the edges of knives while sharpening. I was hoping for better depth of field, greater zoom range, and better software than my Celestron 5MP or $20 Chinese device. There is no such happiness. The first thing you should know. If you want to photograph the whole coin, this isn't the camera you want. Plus, you can photograph more than just coins.
