This is a nifty little microscope camera for use at magnifications of 26x to 130x. It works well and the software is easy to install and use. The fine print is what you need to know about what magnification you want for your particular application. I read the reviews and became aware of stamp collecting. I was looking for something to collect coins so I decided to give it a try. I found that the lowest magnification is too high for a first look at the coin. You will never be able to see the whole coin/token at once, only a very small limited part under high magnification. Therefore this will never work for cataloging your coins/stamps or images for internet auctions etc. The main magnification required for a coin/stamp collecting camera is 10X with a higher magnification of 20X and 30X for detailed inspection. If that describes your needs, I would also like to warn you about camera microscopes. The description of the magnification of a microscope might start with 10x, but when you get home you will find that the magnification of the microscope is increased to 10x, but the camera is only magnified to 20x. They won't tell you in the description and you have the same problem as me with this product. If you want a lower 5X/10X camera, be very careful what you buy.
