This is a really good protein powder! However, I would like to clear up a little myth. ALL proteins come from plants. So when you eat meat, you get second-hand protein from the plants the animal ate. As vegans, we source our protein first-hand, straight from plants! Our protein is NOT filtered. Because of this. The old assumption that we vegans have a protein deficiency is pure nonsense. In fact, the opposite is the case. However, I live off protein shakes! They are delicious! I drink them because they give you energy, they fill you up and they. Spring. they are just GOOD! This protein powder blend is similar to most others. There are a million brands, and almost all are the same to some extent. It's just another protein blend, but it's REALLY REALLY good! Creamy and rich. Mixes really well in my high speed blender. I add some chocolate and some almond milk. DELICIOUS! It's in powder form, so it won't spoil and doesn't need to be refrigerated. The bag lasts LONG, LONG, LONG! I'm really amazed at how long. As if my bag had been open for 2-3 months. I use a scoop every few days. The price isn't bad for that either. And I can keep it in my closet without taking up space in my tiny fridge. I have nothing but good things to say about this BoKU powder!
