I took my 2016 Hyundai Elantra to the dealer and they charged over $200 just to look at my trunk which was not opened and no parts included if something had to be ordered so i passed it on. I drove 62,000 miles and was told my warranty expired at 60,000 miles. No sympathy from the dealer. Luckily my husband noticed that when he pushed the button on the trunk it clicked and then clicked again. If he pressed hard after the first click, he could open it before the second click. I ordered this part from Revain and watched a video on how to replace it, in fact my husband did it and it worked! Please, if you have a trunk problem with your Hyundai, believe in yourself and try to fix it yourself. I think there is a problem with this part and it is definitely a design flaw. There is no way to get into the trunk if it doesn't open, except through the rear seats, which is a HUGE problem. I'm glad we didn't have to. I highly recommend this product!
