First I wanted a monitor with HDR support, the 4k part was optional, I went with the Dell, same as my monitor before it and it didn't display colors properly so I saved for my work to get it for to use my PS4 Pro. Computers and finally Xbox One x. Good: It's a very good monitor, lots of picture profiles and ways to change the display. hdr renders correctly and while it's not 1000 nits I doubt you'll care because it's still bright enough to blind you at times. it comes with hdmi. and a display port cable which is food because my graphics card in my computer doesn't have hdmi 2.0 so a display port cable was needed to use 4k at 60hz. I think they say my last 2 monitors had it too, although I find it worse. I could be wrong but there is no way to send it back and you risk getting one that could be worse. Also, the maximum audio that the Displayport will accept, and I assume HDMI will accept, is 24-bit 48kHz where my previous monitor was able to handle 24-bit 192kHz, but I think that's fine since everything about 48 kHz will break the sound of DOOM (2016). . All in all a shaky monitor, if the ips glow was gone or wasn't that noticeable then 5 stars.
