I replaced an Alienware 1080p monitor with this Samsung 4K and use it primarily for work and it has much sharper text for Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Keep in mind that if you leave Windows at the native 4K resolution, you should use the Windows zoom at around 200% as the text will be microscopic and unreadable. I was looking for my first curved monitor. I have a lot of desk space as it naturally curves with the curve of my desk. I enabled G-Sync at 144Hz as my graphics card is the limiting factor, but the picture quality is amazing. Runs 1920 x 1080 at 144Hz with 75+ FPS at Ultra settings. Once the new AMD 7900 xtx card gets official benchmarks and I decide which card to upgrade as well, this monitor will run at a full 240Hz and reach its full potential.
