Revainrating 5 out of 5

An honest review of the best 1440p 32 " 240Hz monitor on the market!

So first I really want to talk about the "ghost" issues you might have when purchasing these monitors. If you don't know what "ghosts" are; This is a monitor/display issue and has nothing to do with your system. Monitor jitter usually occurs when multiple images move rapidly on the screen or when you move the mouse quickly. You'll notice blurry trails following moving objects; The previous frame remains on the screen for a few seconds when you switch to the next frame; The current image is blurry; and possibly bleached images. NO JEWELRY IS VISIBLE ON THIS MONITOR, and it is awesome! I also want to mention what it looks like when running games at different framerates. (With a GTX 1080 Ti 11Gb) First I tested Minecraft with some shaders and the bugs to see how it looks when using the full 240Hz refresh rate. And of course those 240 fps are amazing! Secondly, I tested Star Wars Battlefront 2 with a maximum range of 70 to 130 fps and again it looked amazing and behaved great. Third, I ran Skyrim with some pretty heavy graphics mods. Skyrim is a game that is, or should be, locked at 60 fps. This monitor also handled 60 fps very well. So this monitor stayed sharp and clear across all frame rate ranges. One thing you might notice once you're set up and ready to go is a few faint horizontal lines across a couple of solid colors. It's so small you might not even notice it all. At first I was worried, but then I launched the game and didn't see anything (i.e. I didn't see any horizontal lines). Believe me, I've tried. I literally moved my eyeball an inch away from the screen and still couldn't see any lines. And that's what we're here for, gaming folks. So if it's perfect while I'm gaming, this is the perfect monitor. This 1000R curve is NOT a gimmick. It's not the same as bragging that your Honda has V-Tech. The curvature of the screen really matches the curvature of the human eye and makes a difference from other curved monitors. This monitor also offers a great little menu for adjusting picture settings. It's very easy to use, so feel free to experiment with it. ! If you don't need any of the default image settings, you should be able to create something to your liking in minutes. If you want to use HDR then it looks pretty good too. HDR 1000 is not good, but HDR 600 is definitely better than HDR 400. Let's talk about the price of this device. If you don't want to be disappointed and want to return something, buy it. To me, most other 32-inch monitors that run at 1440p and high refresh rates are terrible. Yes I know they are half the price but no matter how much you save if you want to tear your eyes out. If you're even half serious about gaming, you won't regret this purchase. From MMO to FPS, racing to RPG, this monitor goes gold! I also recommend you check out the Linus Tech Tips Monitor review on YouTube. Linus is an authority in the world of gaming PCs, so let him give you a little more confidence too.
