Not sure yet - collars

I have two dogs. One is 10 years old and has chosen to bark whenever she wants EVERYTHING! It's annoying. She has a very thick fur, so I really need to fix it and dress it up better. I think it hasn't worked well yet. Or she doesn't care. My short haired dog is scared of his own shadow so I'm scared of tricking him. I'll keep trying and post again later.
