I was replacing my original locks when the plastic cable ends broke. I looked up how to remove the door panels on youtube and the installation was pretty easy. The problem is that the new top and bottom latches on this assembly do not allow the door to fully close. There's a slit at the top of the door, just wide enough to slip my finger through. Inside you can see daylight through the top doorway. The top right edge of my front door actually touches the back door because the back door can't close properly.
