I don't know, maybe I'm just spoiled for famous brand shoes, but they really let me down. The skin was more like vinyl and was thin. I'm a size 11 and when I put them on I feel like I'm wearing clown shoes. When the laces were securely fastened, the front gathered at the laces but arched at the toes. It also felt like a hard sole. Despite being a minimalist runner, I had trouble running on concrete. In the end I sent them back.
