Lightweight and very easy to clean
This is simply my new favorite pan. In the past two weeks, I use this pan every day to cook steak, omelets, crepes, and salmon, and I have no complaints at all. The lightweight pan helped so much as I flipped my cooking often when frying. Despite all different cooking methods, this pan is so easy to clean. I use regular dish soap and soft sponge for cleaning and voila, no grease or Cooking residue were left on the pan. Recommended versatile pan!
