Needless to say I know cars and I can seem to do everything and now I did. I replaced the leather on the seats and when I took them apart I found I needed a pig tool. Hmmm it wasn't there and neither did any of the locals have it as it was a 'special order' and it was downloadable Friday afternoon. So I ordered a pair based on feedback that the curved ones are better etc etc etc. Not my case. In fact, I bent one seat and straightened the rest, and neither of them had an advantage over the other. Also, I'm ambidextrous so I used both hands which rules this out. The only thing I have is that I couldn't get the new rings on my own at the same speed as the tooling so I reused the rings and it just took longer to bend them back into shape first. In general, they worked the same way as I did. and it was also cool to be able to get them here on a Saturday night for less than $40. I think I'm done with the interior details now and will get back to manufacturing where I like to be the most. Needless to say, if a friend wants me to "help". Of course. Here's the tool!
