I was a little worried that my husband wouldn't like the lime and cedar scent in DOVE's Men + Care 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner. I think he was a little worried that he might not like it either could . To our surprise, he really liked the smell (me too!) as well as the product itself. He has thick, curly hair, although it is thinning in places with age. Sometimes he also has dandruff attacks. He currently has no dandruff problems. He says that DOVE 2 in 1 penetrates easily into the hair and foams quickly. He also has no problems with the flush. In no case does it cause burning or itching of the scalp. It does not weigh his hair and curls down, but makes them nice and soft. And the smell is VERY pleasant. You can smell the lime, although it's not a fruity scent if that makes sense. Cedar smells REALLY amazing. I find this combination a refreshing, masculine scent. Turns out the duo in this product makes it a winner! Shampoo + Conditioner and Lime + Cedar Wood make DOVE 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner a great hair treatment for men that cleanses, moisturizes, leaves hair soft and smells great. The fact that it's 90% plant-based cleansers makes it a must-have hair product for men. Despite all the excellent results, I think the price is reasonable and I highly recommend this 2-in-1 product.
