Not very adjustable
We bought this for our Australian Shepherd puppy so we can take them out at night. You can only cut off about 2 inches, so this is still a very large collar. I wrap it around her harness and tie a leash to it so it's not completely useless. If she were a puller, it would be a complete failure. There are definitely better products out there.
