I have purchased and installed two of these systems and they work very well. I use them to send an HDMI signal from computers in a cinema booth to a projector that is too far away for direct HDMI. I also use a pair of infrared remote receivers/transmitters to send a remote control signal to the projector. There have been times when the HDMI handshake has failed when the projector starts up (I think it happens), but in those cases I just turn the extender pair off and on again after turning on the projector and then everything works fine . I would highly recommend these devices and will likely purchase more for my needs in the future.
