I like that it is intuitive in terms of how easy you can use its functions by using simple drag-and drop features as well as providing various tools such as work order/task lists which makes managing tasks very convenient! The layout could have been better organized so there were times when we had trouble finding what exactly was needed at any given moment or where something even existed within their system (e.g., if an item exists but isn't listed under "Tools" then one has no idea!). It's not always clear whether certain items exist because some things aren't necessarily highlighted nor clearly labeled. There should also definitely be more options available than just those two choices since sometimes other parts need attention too depending upon situation rather being limited only between these 2 selections.
