Works very well! Any dirt or glue that builds up on the printer's small thermocouple will be wiped off, and to clean the pen you can simply wipe it with a clean, white sheet of paper. My printer at work is a Zebra and we use it to print sticky labels. It can stick together fairly quickly, especially if a jam occurs and adhesive residue gets on the printer's thermal components. This little pen effortlessly wipes away sticky residue, making printer maintenance much easier and faster.
