I have an old Zebra printer that has been a workhorse for almost 10 years. I've never done anything with it and thought it was time to keep it a little better than I need to extend the life of the print. Just run this pen over the print head and you will see that the head benefits. Prints better! From now on I will use it every time I change roles.

I have followed all the instructions and even watched youtube videos on how to use this pen, unfortunately it has not improved the quality of my printers at all and I have used two pens on two different printers. Expected a lot but unfortunately disappointed.

Works very well! Any dirt or glue that builds up on the printer's small thermocouple will be wiped off, and to clean the pen you can simply wipe it with a clean, white sheet of paper. My printer at work is a Zebra and we use it to print sticky labels. It can stick together fairly quickly, especially if a jam occurs and adhesive residue gets on the printer's thermal components. This little pen effortlessly wipes away sticky residue, making printer maintenance much easier and faster.
