Review on 📶 Vktech AT&T Novatel MiFi 2372: Reliable Wireless Mobile Hotspot USB 3G Network WiFi Router by Yalena Torres

First, I've built wireless telecom networks for all major carriers since 1996, so I'm speaking from my experience and knowledge. because my cell phone provider Sprint and its roaming partner had absolutely no service; no voice, no data available. When I discovered that ATT had a UMTS (HSPA) tower 8.5 miles west of my location and another GSM (Edge) tower 3.5 miles west of me, I decided to purchase an ATT Novatel MiFi 2372 . The router works with AT&T WiFi. , HSPA, HSPDA, and EDGE on all frequencies 700, 850, 1900, 2400. Running it in a cottage near a west-facing window, I was surprised to find the router moving at 8.5 miles to a faster UMTS host I expected it to latch onto the closer and slower GSM EDGE site at 3.5 miles. The download/upload speed was 3 to 4 megabytes down and 1 to 1.5 megabytes up through dense forest. For those in business who know trees kill RF signals, especially at 8.5 miles, the performance just blew me away. My wife and I can work without a router with a slight performance hit. However, with 3 or more wireless devices, it will be slower. This is a testament to the improvement ATT has made to its network and the quality of its suppliers' equipment in recent years. I would recommend ATT Novatel MiFi 2372 for those looking for broadband access services in hard to reach RF areas or for those who are new to the LTE services market.
