Very cute but a bit big

Very pretty pink color and lovely flowers but a bit big for my 5 lb chihuahua. It says 10-13 inches and I measured her old collar which was exactly 10 inches long and this one was a little big. You can't make extra holes because they are too wide to use with a buckle. I'm finicky so I cut off the buckle and used velcro because I really like the collar but if your dog needs a 10 inch collar or it's too big don't order it or be prepared to be finicky ;-)
