I like how easy it was for me, as well as my staff members, to use this software! It has been great being able to access our accounts easily at any given moment without having to be physically there. We are still learning all of the features but we love everything so far. If they would make some improvements with the website design (not just the look) then more people will realize what an amazing product this really is. This program helps us save money on travel expenses by allowing employees to work remotely when necessary! The only downfall is not knowing if someone else is accessing their account or working off of ours. Sometimes there could be multiple users logged into one computer which makes things difficult sometimes. But overall, its pretty good! Great way to keep everyone connected while saving money on gas and car costs.
