Good, but not great. They don't have the same hard case as the same brand and brand of glossy pens. Some pens leave streaks due to the ball point. This is not a problem I have with the same brand of glitter pens. I suspect the lower price of these fluorescent pens reflects a few minor issues with the pens ($2 off). I don't - don't recommend because they aren't terrible. But in my opinion 5 stars could be earned if they had the same hard case as the glossy pens and if the ballpoint pen didn't interfere with the ink (so smoother flow).
