Easy reporting system for all devices with different color codes so it's easy for my employees to know which device has been used where. The app needs more customization options like having an option that you can have your own custom fields and labels instead using those provided by purple or other companies' apps (elevator buttons etc.). It would also help if there was an inventory feature available too rather than just being able to see how many tickets are left. Having this software definitely helped us track down people who didn't turn up at events we had booked out.
