I bought the version with lock and keys. The metal of the handle feels solid, but the overall construction feels cheap. Looks good but the problem was the locking mechanism. Removing the handle and unlocking it from the outside is very easy, this can be done with a flat pocket screwdriver. When you remove the handle the cylinder lock comes off with it lol. Never use this alone without a deadbolt on the front door. I don't even feel comfortable using this with a bar. I returned it and bought a quickset which is better overall. If you really like the design it can be used on a 'passage' door or even a 'personal' door, but stay away from the 'entry' version. If you want to change the key yourself, I think it uses the KW1 key slot.
