I go for a walk every day in the heat. Even with heavy sweating, the bandage does not slip. Very easy to use touch screen while walking. With other phone straps, I always had to take the phone off the strap to use the touchscreen. I have small arms and the strap fits perfectly. My husband uses and also has much larger hands. The good thing is that the strap can be easily adjusted to fit different arm sizes. I have an iPhone 7 plus. The only thing I haven't thought of is that I use a Life Proof case on my phone. With the case on, my phone barely fits in the armband case. Fits perfectly without a phone case.
