My son asked to go bowling but apparently due to COVID-19 we turned it down. He had a hard time understanding what was going on, so of course he didn't accept my answer. I was looking for some fun outdoor games as the weather was good in our city and I stumbled across this gem! I read the reviews and figured if it was cheaply made I would return it. I blew them all with the included hand pump and in less than 10 minutes we had a bowling set! I took them outside and after installing them I went in to get my son. When we came back the wind picked up and knocked over the pins. They are weighted on the underside so that they are somewhat stable. We moved the pens to a flatter surface and that seems to have helped. My 4 year old son is extremely physical and in no way tender. The first thing he did was hit the ball with his body. It didn't bang! I tried to tell him he wasn't made for body punches, but to my surprise, every time he threw himself onto the pile of needles, nothing came out. We played a few games and then my son just kicked them. Anyway, he had fun! And still not cracked. Gladly and to recommend to everyone!
