Review on 🐾 Essential Grey Pet Gear Step, One-Step Pet Stairs by Jill Kohlmeyer

Love this step/ramp! It's solid and durable. It goes perfectly with my Litter Robot 3 Connect! I really like that the rug/mat can be taken out to be shaken out and washed. My only issue with this step/ramp is that the velcro that screws onto the top of the ramp and attaches to the underside of the carpet broke around one of the screws so it's not secured in that area. I know I can go to the store and buy the velcro and replace it, but I feel like the velcro should hold up better as I've only had it since June 4th (18 days). I only took the mat off twice to shake it out. I tried to find a way to contact the company regarding this but I couldn't find any links, email addresses, phone numbers etc. i won't lie I'm a bit frustrated and really worried when this happens to all the screws holding the velcro.
