The ease of use was great! I had no issues with figuring out how it all worked together or using any part of their system once we got started training our staff members about its uses throughout my organization. All that said though - you have some pretty awesome support people who are always willing help when needed so please keep them around too because they're fantastic!! We used this program as an audit tool through pharmacy management which gave us peace of mind knowing what incidents were reported by patients/clients at each location during audits done quarterly (and now monthly).
