I bought this as a gift for my 8 year old daughter, she loves it. She can use it herself, but she likes it better when I use it on her because I can do the back of her head, which is a little harder for her. This tool only twists the hair, once this part is complete you will need to twist the tool by hand to complete the "rope look".
